Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, our returns process is as easy as ever!

Shipping

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

My package is marked as "delivered" but I can't find it?

Here’s what we suggest doing:

  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
  • Ask your family members, roommates or neighbors if they accepted your delivery. 
  • Check again at the end of the next business day. 
  • Contact the shipping carrier: USPS (1-800-222-1811), UPS (1-800-742-5877)

Returns

Boulder Gear products are eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund for up to 21 days following the purchase date.

How do I place a return?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, click the link above. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Can I exchange my purchase?

We’re pleased to inform you that exchanges are now available through our Returns Portal. If you need to exchange an item, simply visit our returns portal, follow the prompts, and select the exchange option.

What is the cost of returns?

We offer you the option to unlock free return shipping later for the eligible items in your order by paying a small returns fee at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay this fee during purchase, there is no additional charge for shipping your item(s) back to us. If you choose not to pay this fee during your purchase, you may be subject to a higher shipping/handling fee later at the rates that we require on the date you ship your item(s) back to us for a return. Please note that this service does not exempt your order from final sale or other store policies
