    Decent Jacket for the money.

    Held up very well, for first time on mountain. Very warm. I was shedding layers almost immediately, even in single digit temps. THat said the fake lower pockets are pretty stupid. I got it on sale, so well worth it.

    Big Freeze

    Windproof indeed! I did not feel a thing. Bottom flaps are not real pockets, but the zipper-side pockets will do! I'm ready for the big freeze!

    Classic jacket with modern touches

    Fits great--not baggy, but has room for sweater. Good pockets, nice features like the thumb catch and the seal around the waist. Removable hood, which is a plus for me since I don't like hoods.Only downside I can think of is the Velcro closures for the sleeves and the zipper flap. They work well and are easy to use but they are noisy when you move around and catch a little too easily.
