I Bought this 3/1 Frost Ski jacket for my 16 year old son for our family ski trip in Vermont. He is a moderate to advanced skier. He said it was comfortable, kept the wind out, stayed warm and weather proof on our light drizzle rainy day. Our temperature ranged from 17* to 40*. He kept both layers (jackets) zippered together during the trip but liked that he could separate them if he got too hot. He also likes that both jackets each can be worn independently, unlike some jackets that are just inner lining. Inner jacket is a thinner puffy style jacket that can be worn on its own.
Overall great product, great value and great customer service.
Originally ordered online for a Christmas gift and inner zipper was damaged when I received it. I Emailed customer service and had a new jacket in 3 days, still in time for Christmas as a gift.
I would buy from Boulder gear again! Super happy with this jacket for a very picky teenager.
